Toni developed Raley’s Food Safety and Quality Assurance programs in the early 1990’s.  As Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance, she directed these HACCP-based and later GFSI certified programs for 35+ years which included 120+ retail stores, production bakery plant and distribution center.  Under Toni’s direction Raley’s was a nationally recognized industry leader in food safety.
